The Breakers 14

This was our easiest experience with a rental property yet! This was our first family vacation since losing our mom earlier this year and this was the perfect place to spend time together finding peace and our new normal for vacation. The host was phenomenal, so kind and very responsive. We look forward to booking again in the future!

Perfect location and the view was gorgeous. Just a short walk to Coastal. Everything we needed was well supplied, including a coffee pot and Keurig. However, condo does need updating. Neither the stove or shower doors were clean. The Patio furniture and the white sofa, were worn. The guest bedroom bedspread had a stain and needs replacing. Could also use new flooring.

The condo location is amazing. We have stayed here for the last 4 years and love the breakers. The only setback for this particular condo would be update the stove. It was rusted so bad that we didnt know it would work and get a mattress topper for the beds. They were very hard. The ceiling fan and a few outlets did not work in the smaller bedroom which did create an issue with phone charging and iPad charging. But besides that it was a great place to stay due to the location of the beach which was a few feet from the condo. Beach was amazing .. will be back next year to the breakers but with a different condo.

3rd year in a row must mean something. This place is exactly what our family needs. Sleeps 6 1/2 comfortably. Steps away from pool and beach. Very cleqn and a DQ next door. What more can you ask for.

Super location with easy access to the beach and outside amenities. Everything was good with minor annoyance of a loose master headboard and no spare sheets. The sheets we had were very worn and scratchy. One of the kitchen cabinet hinges needs repair.We would recommend and rent this condo again.
